In memory of Uncle Tom “Navy Seal” – HMCS (SEAL/CC) Thomas A. Kinney – The Prescott Company is taking the step to provide Draw Request Consulting and other facility services to the Veterans’ Administration Medical Facilities located in the cities of Durham and Salisbury, North Carolina.

Uncle Tom was the brother of Amy (Kinney) Ruff and enlisted in the US Navy as a Sea Cadet when he was a young man, then going on to become a decorated Navy SEAL having served in many overseas missions over a 20-year service with Seal Teams, he ultimately gained the highest rank of Senior Master Chief. Tom was dedicated to his military service and never had a family of his own. He spent time at the Salisbury VA Medical Facility after his active-duty military service to get assistance with his injuries as time went on. He passed away in the year 2004. We would like to remember him and commemorate his service to the United States by representing his standard of excellence in our region of NC.

This Final, Accurate Selection Will Be Made in order of Seniority according to the treasured, honorable records contained in Davy Jones’ Log Book.”
